Calming Bath Oil

Shea Terra Organics

African Blue Calming Bath Oil Drops.

This oil makes me feel so relaxed and calm that any one could come into the bathroom and I would not care. If I could, I would spend hours soaking in this beautiful oil.

Quite a contrast to how I used to feel about taking baths!

Before I always found baths to be extremely boring, The thought of just lying there listening to my own thoughts is enough to make me want to get out, that and the paranoid feeling of being exposed and any one could just walk in at any time… Is it just me or is this everyone’s first thought when getting into a bath… just me? okay!

When I first smelt this oil I could not wait to soak in the bath, The instructions say to add 2-6 drops to the water and stir around – however I think I added around around 10-12 drops, The aroma of the oil filled the bathroom and I instantly felt a sense of relaxation.

About 30 – 40 minutes later I forced my self out of the bath and dried my self off, I then climbed in to bed laptop in hand so I could finish off some work.

I awoke to the sunlight coming though my blinds, still in an upright position with my laptop open and glasses still on my head – this sound like a horrible way to sleep right? This would have to be one of the best sleeps I have had in years – or ever, I woke up refreshed, relaxed – and pleasantly surprised!

In my experience everything this oil claims to do is 100% true.
